"Robert came over to do a cleaning. He noticed that the expansion tank was bad. He showed me why it needed to be replaced. He also showed other work that "may have to be done in the future". Most other companies would have made it a point to urge me to make the additional repairs today so that they make more money. Not Robert. He says he treats every customers boilers and AC units as if they were his own. He definitely does. He has been here 3X now for an issue with the AC, and a spring cleaning. I would not have anyone else work on ours. He works cleanly and is about as professional as one can be. In fact, when we called for the cleaning of the furnace, we specifically requested him."

"I’m not sure why no one can bleed my system correctly. It’s been a week and my system is already starting to make more noise. My system was fine before you all touched it. This has been months now. And the fact that you tried to have your guy charge me last time is just unbelievably poor service In reply to your response: if the problem is clear, why wouldn’t you fix it? My system was fine before you guys worked on it without a spiral vent, which was never recommended. You’ve also been here 4 times and have NEVER replaced this valve!"
